I'm a Wolfeboro, NH resident, graduate of the Hesser College, NH state licensed massage Therapist , and Certified Infant Massage Teacher. I was looking for a means for relief from chronic pain and found massage to be just that. Always continuing my education to better apply techniques and help clients with chronic pain issues, I found Neuromuscular Technique as one of the best soft tissue pain relief for chronic pain.
My goal is to educate people about how they can use Therapeutic Massage to maintain their sore and fatigued body by balancing out their nervous and muscular system to help them get through their day with ease.

a more lighter, softer note, I love to coach caregivers through an
enjoyable massage session with their infant. It's a program they can
enjoy, as they become aware of what the cues of their a child is
telling them and learn to utilize those special moments with their
child.
